This office works under vice-president of Institute and its major responsibilities as described in following terms:
1- Appointing common interrelation within Institute;
2- Inspecting within issues and problems, and reflecting them to vice-president;
3- Configuring vise-presidency office cases, and setting appointments and matting relevant to it;
4- Making coordination and interrelation within various units of Al-Mostafa Society to vice-president;
5- Keeping in contacts and communications of vice-presidency office, and classifying letters;
6- Monitoring over activities of Information Technology and Human Resources units;

The most important task forces of Information Technology Unit:

- Fixing Hardware and Software issues throughout existent network computers;
- Providing Identification list of network computers;
- Maintaining and Administrating the network;
- Applying firewalls and IDS against intruding, hacking, becoming viral, and any type of vulnerabilities;
- Supporting Hardware and Software and doing the trick to construct classes equipped by data projectors and smart boards;
- Maintaining and preserving network communication with Al-Mostafa Institution and reporting relevant bugs to central unit;
- Making back up and technical Support throughout network systems and units;
- Supporting through application used by network and centers including official automation, educational software, and website, etc.
- Preparing and buying equipment and hardware instruments with high qualification and proper prices at market places;
- Surveying at expert level, buying, fixing and updating all IT stuffs;
- Counseling in IT context, and guiding and accompanying with managers, employees and students to choose proper existent hardware, software, and databases and other useful resources to satisfy requirements;
- Inspecting on productions and existent systems and offering probably alternative in direction to satisfy specific needs;
- Installing, configuring and modifying applications, networks, databases, and existent systems;
- Participating to cut-off requirements and evaluating potent buys to have consistency with existent systems;

Developing human resources in current age considering important position and particular human resource to achieve goals and organized policy taking account for the one inevitable tasks of organization and institutions, which run basically, this bold case, in form of short-term and long-term programs.
After establishing Institution the activities has planned by development of Human Resource Office to 4 frame as following:
1- Cases of professors;
2- Cases of attracting professors and employees;
Cases of increasing knowledge and sanitation;
Cases of facilitating and administrating services;
